Happy Haul-idays by iShopChangi was a Christmas promotion crafted to capture the attention of busy Singaporean travellers during the peak holiday season. To stand out in the crowded festive market, the campaign made a bold impression with a visually striking on-ground activation at One Raffles Place, featuring a towering 5-metre-tall Santa suitcase and a rotating luggage belt overflowing with gifts.

This eye-catching spectacle attracted crowds as eager participants reached for gift boxes from the belt. The activation’s impact was further amplified through strategic influencer partnerships, engaging social media content, an interactive online game, and a series of enticing promotions offering substantial rewards, including a trip to Santa Claus Village in Finland.

The campaign resonated strongly with the audience, generating over 8 million page views for iShopChangi and significantly boosting both digital traffic and sales. The on-ground activation drew 100,000 physical attendees, while the social media buzz extended the campaign’s reach even further.
